We have never felt the importance of community more than we have during these crucial days. As social distancing has become a necessary measure to help flatten the curve, we understand now more than ever how important our e-Commerce services are to you.
We want to reassure customers that our warehouses are still open and functioning, and our team is working hard to fulfill your orders. Our sales team is working regular hours, remotely, to help answer all your lighting questions. We are committed to maintaining the highest level of service we can during these times.
Parmida LED has been closely monitoring all developments regarding COVID-19 and all the recommendations being made by our government and health care officials. We are currently taking proactive, preventative measures to protect our team against exposure to the virus, and we are working with them to ensure that they are taking important precautions to stop the spread. In addition to the regular and thorough cleaning of our warehouses, we have increased janitorial services and provided additional hand sanitizer stations around the warehouses. We are stressing the importance of staying home if an employee is feeling unwell, and are providing the necessary amount of paid sick leave to encourage and support this step.
As new developments and recommendations come to light, Parmida LED will continue to adjust our processes and procedures to ensure our employees, our customers and our community remain our priority.

All the medical staff, all the first responders, all the pharmacists, all the grocers, all the couriers, all the neighbors supporting each other and helping lift each other’s spirits - everyone.
