If your order was damaged or defective upon arrival, please fill out our Warranty Claim Form.
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you feel like your purchase isn’t the right fit for your lighting project, you may request to return the merchandise for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Simply fill out our return request form and a customer support team member will have you on your way!
All returns must be in the original packaging and in as-new condition. Parmida reserves the right to refuse returns of items with obvious signs of use and/or any item that is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
The buyer is responsible for all returns shipping costs.
If you would like to return your order to us, please fill out our Return Request Form. A Customer Service Representative will contact you within 1-2 business days and provide you with more information on how to return your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Depending on the condition of your returned product, a restocking fee may apply.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not accept returns for an exchange.
