We at Parmida believe in supporting our local industry, building American jobs, and operating facilities that strive for high standards and healthy working atmospheres.

With that in mind, we joined the Pledge to America’s Workers campaign. This initiative recognizes the crucial role the private sector plays in educating and training the American workforce. By signing the Pledge, we have committed to creating new or enhanced career opportunities over the next five years for American students and workers from high-school age to near-retirement, whether through apprenticeships and work-based learning, continuing education, on-the-job training, and/or reskilling.
